The 10 m climbing wall is all about calm focus and precise footwork. It works well as a first taste of climbing, or as a short, more serious warm-up before the higher levels in the park. The holds are set at different heights and distances, so you'll feel progress after just a few tries. You start slowly, work out what feels solid for your hands and feet and with each attempt you get a little higher.

Safety is built in throughout. You climb on a continuous safety system and your descent is controlled under the instructor's guidance. At the start, you'll get short, clear pointers on body position, how to use your legs and how to come down properly. You set the pace – no rushing, no pressure. You can have another go as many times as you like while your ticket is valid.

Climbing to 10 m brings a clean sense of achievement. It builds finger and forearm strength, coordination and balance, while staying accessible for children, teens and adults. If you fancy making it a two-person challenge, it's easy to take turns with a climbing partner – one climbs, the other cheers and grabs a photo. The climbing wall is a clear, safe activity that builds confidence quickly.
